The product is unfinished. Features may change, break or disappear, and generated videos may contain errors. Please check every video before you publish it.

You keep all rights to the text, voice, images and videos you provide and to the videos generated from them. You confirm that you have the right to use them — in particular, that any voice or face you upload is your own or you have that person's permission.

Do not use the product to impersonate anyone, to make content that misleads people about who is speaking, or to produce anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as-is during early access, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 5000ARX INC. is not liable for losses arising from its use.
